1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ANKATech Solutions Inc. ("ANKATech") website or ANKASecure© services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ANKATech provides ANKASecure©, a post-quantum cryptography (PQC) platform offering encryption, digital signatures, and key management capabilities via REST and gRPC APIs, CLI tooling, and SaaS deployment. Services are subject to the plan and terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at contactus@ankatech.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use ANKASecure© only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from our services.
• Use the services to process data in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Resell or sublicense our services without a written partner agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

ANKASecure© and the ANKATech name and logo are registered trademarks of ANKATech Solutions Inc. All content on this website, including documentation, algorithms, and software, remains the exclusive property of ANKATech unless otherwise stated. No license to our intellectual property is granted except as explicitly set out in a written agreement.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. Enterprise customers with an SLA agreement are entitled to the uptime guarantees specified in that agreement.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate agreement. ANKATech reserves the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ANKASecure© is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANKATech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cryptographic standards evolve; we strongly recommend customers follow our security advisories.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANKATech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
